The Roslyn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Roslyn this past weekend. We were traveling for a hockey tournament and this hotel was near the rink. My kids loved the room, the desk help was great and the restaurant in the hotel was not only convenient but also delicious. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I was initially a bit skeptical about booking because I always Airbnb but I’m really glad I did — everything worked out perfectly. During checkout, I was running a little late, so I called the front desk to let them know. Alexa was incredibly understanding and helpful, which really eased my stress. Her kindness made the whole situation so much better. I stayed here while visiting family. The hotel was the perfect place to relax close enough to family, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from my very annoying cousins . Overall, the staff was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A typical 'chain' hotel given a real uplift by their staff and customer service. I'd highly recommend it over nearby alternatives. I tend to just review restaurants but this hotel was worth a review. As a very frequent business traveler, I stay in a lot of hotels. I was here for two nights while visiting a local relative. I had low expectations but I am happy to say they were unfounded and I was very happy with my stay. I've since stayed one more night and my experience was the same. The staff are all very much above average - friendly, professional, patient, and in today's hotel world, are fantastic. I have no complaints about the rooms although the typical wall mount heat/ac units are loud and like something from the past but also present in so many comparable hotels. The rooms were very clean and that is becoming a new measure as it is no longer guaranteed. The restaurant and bar are interesting as they have a very passable Indian food menu that I would recommend trying. I enjoyed it for a hotel meal. The chef really needs to dial down the 'lattice' sauce on EVERY dish however - take those to the side and let the meal speak for itself and the diner preference. Based on discussions with other frequent travelers at the bar they were very happy with their meals. The a la carte breakfast was above average, but slow so if you are on business I'd inform the staff you are on a schedule. Very recommended.

Although the hotel is a little “tired,” the front desk service was excellent. They were very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and allowing late checkout. They also added a very personal touch, providing recommendations for local theme gifts and places to see. I will stay again. Great bargain!

This is an AMAZING spot!!! We chose it for my son's wedding block, and most of our family & friends stayed there & LOVED IT! It's charming, clean, with recently updated bathrooms, and the rooms have VERY comfy beds for a great night's sleep! I worked closely with Mary-Jo Hendrickson & Rosenery Chicaiza in sales throughout the long planning process, and they could NOT have been nicer or more accommodating!!!! They always had helpful ideas & resources and were totally professional throughout the process! Wedding planning has a lot of moving parts, and this was the PERFECT place for our very large group! We also hosted a Sunday brunch for 120 people, and the food & display were beautiful & delicious! The hotel is walkable to the adorable town where our guests ate, shopped, and walked around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The Hotel was very accommodating and kind during a difficult stay while my husband was in the hospital nearby. I also had my elderly mother with me. They were able to help me make last minute extensions and accommodate me with the room my Mother wanted. The restaurant on site was quite good and the breakfasts were delicious. I can’t say enough good things about the front staff and management there. I highly recommend it.

We reserved a room block for our wedding guests here, and it was the best decision! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The booking process was simple, communication was great, and they were flexible with any changes that needed to be taken care of. The rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. The front desk team was kind. I want to give a big shoutout to Rose Chicaiza as she really was in communication with us throughout our entire wedding process and she was super prompt with every single email. Would recommend having your wedding hotel block here!

Really beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Doesn't feel like a chain at all. I've gone to My Father's Place and attended a kids' princess luncheon there - both were fantastic with great food.
